Job descriptionMinimum seven years of professional experience in the design and construction of sustainable and disaster-resilient buildings . Demonstrated experience in working on projects requiring structural safety, climate resilience, and compliance with local building conditions. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations applicable in Kerala , including structural safety and disaster-related guidelines. Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar) is preferable. Strong analytical, technical evaluation, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with the challenges, climatic conditions, and socio-economic context of Kerala is desirable. knowledge of Malayalam is preferable for effective communication with local stakeholders and site personnel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- M.Tech or Ph.D. in a relevant specialization such as Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering , or related fields is desirable.
