Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and proactive UX Designer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.

This role is created to address critical challenges in user friction and inconsistent design by simplifying complex workflows and ensuring the delivery of intuitive, brand-aligned interfaces.

The ideal candidate will be a user advocate, leveraging expertise in research, prototyping, and collaboration to deliver accessible, development-ready designs that directly enhance user satisfaction and drive key business metrics like adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Lead and conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and A / B testing to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and detailed design specifications that align with our brand identity and ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure all designs are development-ready, maintaining a consistent Design System and using tools like Zeplin or Storybook for seamless hand-off.
• Advocate for accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG) to ensure our products are usable by a diverse audience.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and propose data-driven design solutions to reduce user friction and drop-off rates.
