Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist with Video Editing Skills who is proficient in Canva’s latest design and video tools, including AI voiceovers, avatar creation, Instagram reels, presentations, Email Marketing, Linkedin Search and video editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing high-quality visual content that drives engagement and brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and publish engaging social media content using Canva’s advanced features.

Create AI voiceover-based videos, animated avatars, and interactive presentations for reels, stories, and web.

Edit and repurpose videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, etc.

Work closely with the marketing and content team to plan campaigns and weekly content calendars.

Stay updated on latest Canva features, social media trends, and best practices.

Optimize visual assets for each platform to maximize visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with video editors, animators, or influencers as needed for campaign delivery.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

Required Skills :

Strong command of Canva Pro, including AI voiceover, avatar design, and video editor tools.

Experience in creating presentations, explainer videos, reels, carousels, and short-form content.

Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn algorithms and post formats.

Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Eye for aesthetics, design alignment, and visual storytelling.

Basic understanding of AI content creation tools (a plus).

Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and design.

Portfolio or Instagram / LinkedIn profile showcasing prior work is mandatory.
