Job description

Responsibilities

Workflow Design : Develop and implement customized DocuSign workflows that align with our business processes and requirements.
Configuration : Configure DocuSign settings, templates, and envelopes to automate document routing, signing, and data extraction.
Integration : Integrate DocuSign with our existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to create a seamless document workflow experience.
Training : Provide training and support to our team on DocuSign usage and best practices.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to DocuSign configuration and implementation.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize DocuSign workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

DocuSign Expertise : Proven experience with DocuSign configuration, including a deep understanding of workflows, templates, envelopes, and integrations.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in using DocuSign's API and integration tools.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications : DocuSign certifications (e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator, DocuSign Certified Developer).

Industry Experience : Experience in our industry or a related field.
