for the role of

Founder’s Office Intern (Administrative Track).

This is a

14-day paid journey

where you’ll work

directly with the Founder

, experiencing how multiple pieces of a fast-moving agri-tech startup fit together from

accounting and vendor coordination

to

order management, operations, and customer delivery.

Some days you’ll be handling invoices.

Some days, you’ll be tracking logistics or scheduling procurement.

Other days, you’ll simply observe — how decisions get made, how clarity is created, and how calm holds things in place.

At the end of 14 days :

If we align, you’ll continue as a

3-month paid intern

with deeper ownership.

From there, the best performers move into a

full-time Founder’s Office Executive

role.

If not, you’ll still leave

paid

, with a

Project ROOT completion certificate

— because every step teaches something.

Who can apply :

Graduates or postgraduates in

Business, Commerce or related fields

who can handle

multiple domains — accounting, orders, customer coordination, and operations.

You love taking ownership, bringing structure to ideas, and learning how everything connects.
