Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role with Truffle Systems APAC, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and demonstrating POS solutions, and building relationships with restaurant owners and managers. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals, while achieving revenue targets. The candidate will also be expected to work closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. Additional responsibilities include market analysis and offering insights to improve product and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a competitive market
• Proficiency in using CRM software and common sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience or knowledge in customer service and hospitality industries is a plus
