Chief Technology Officer

Job Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. The CTO will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

Qualification & Skills :

• Software Development : Experience in software development, programming languages, and databases
• Sound knowledge about all the frameworks – NodeJs, Express, NestJs, Flutter / React native, AWS- EC2 & RDS
• Architecture : Ability to design and manage complex software architectures and data systems
• Project Management : Strong project management skills, including risk management, scheduling, and budgeting
• IT Strategy : Understanding of IT strategy development and implementation, including infrastructure and security
• Product Development : Experience in developing and launching software products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the social media or online content creation industry is a plus
