• Implement and customise Dynamics 365 modules to meet client requirements.
• Design and develop workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Lead configuration and customisation efforts, ensuring adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Develop integrations with Power Platform, Azure services, and external systems.
