Job description Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Leasing Manager to lead business expansion across the F&B and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime properties while building strong, long-term relationships within the real estate and hospitality industries. This role demands excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a strong ability to develop and maintain professional connections.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and secure leasing opportunities for F&B outlets and retail formats in line with the company’s expansion goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and landlords.

Actively develop new connections and partnerships to create a consistent pipeline of viable properties.

Negotiate lease terms, rental structures, and agreements that align with business and brand requirements.

Conduct market research and location analysis to identify emerging opportunities and key catchment areas.

Maintain a comprehensive database of potential properties, market intelligence, and stakeholder contacts.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and partnerships.

Prepare detailed presentations, proposals, and reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in leasing, business development, or site acquisition, preferably within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Strong networking and connection-building skills with a broad industry contact base.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Strategic mindset with an eye for high-potential locations and market growth.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate documentation and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
