Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Electroplating Trainer for ITI students in Pimpri Chinchwad .

The Electroplating Trainer will be responsible for :

• Delivering theory and practical training sessions on electroplating processes and surface finishing techniques.
• Preparing course materials, demonstrations, and hands-on workshop activities.
• Ensuring students understand safety protocols, equipment handling, and real-world industrial applications.
• Assessing learners’ progress and providing additional support where needed.
• Maintaining lab equipment and ensuring a safe, productive learning environment.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in electroplating and surface treatment technologies.
