Job description

We’re Hiring : Senior Networking & Traffic Management Engineer

3-5 Years-Bangalore

Are you passionate about building resilient, scalable networking systems? We’re looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and drive innovation in Kubernetes networking, service mesh, and traffic load balancing .

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement networking solutions with Kubernetes, CNI, service mesh, and IPAM management.
Work on traffic load balancers (Envoy, Nginx, HAProxy) to ensure scalability and reliability.
Contribute to open-source projects and bring best practices into production systems.
Ensure strong observability with metrics, logs, and traces.
Collaborate in Agile teams to align technical work with business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in C++ and Go .

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CNI, service mesh, IPAM .

Familiarity with Envoy for traffic management.

5+ years of experience in networking and traffic management .

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields .

Interview Process

Round 1 : Initial technical screening & coding round.

Round 2 : Domain knowledge interview (Networking & Traffic), coding interview (programming & data structures), and system design interview (distributed systems).
