Executive Search Research Associate – Global Partner Mandates

Tandem Search is a boutique executive search firm with a strong track record supporting top-tier strategy consulting firms, financial institutions, and corporates across APAC and the Middle East.

We are now looking for a high-calibre Research Associate to join our global team and support Partner- and C-suite-level searches.

The Role

As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior mandates across APAC and the ME region. Your responsibilities will include :

Creating detailed market maps and talent pipelines for senior mandates.

Conducting introductory and screening calls with senior candidates.

Delivering in-depth research and insights on firms, markets, and talent pools.

Working closely with the leadership team on global partner-level mandates .

Who We’re Looking For

Ideally, experience with a SHREK firm (Spencer Stuart, Heidrick, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zehnder, Korn Ferry) or comparable executive search / consulting environment.

Background in global consulting or strategy recruitment preferred.

Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to produce structured, actionable insights.

Fluency in English is a must; additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages a plus.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
