Analyst / Associate – Fundraising (Venture Capital & Corporate Advisory) (3 Days Left)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst / Associate to join our Corporate Advisory and Fundraising team. The candidate will play a key role in raising funds from venture capital firms, private equity investors, and other institutional investors on behalf of corporate clients. This position involves deal sourcing, investor outreach, financial analysis, preparation of transaction materials, and end-to-end execution support for fundraising mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Execution

Support corporates in raising capital through venture capital, private equity, family offices, and strategic investors.

Identify and engage with potential investors aligned with clients’ sector, stage, and growth requirements.

Coordinate investor meetings, prepare management presentations, and manage investor communications.

Deal Structuring & Analysis

Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to support fundraising strategies.

Assist in structuring investment terms and supporting negotiations between clients and investors.

Benchmark industry multiples, track venture capital trends, and assess market comparables.

Research & Market Intelligence

Conduct sectoral research to identify emerging investment opportunities and investor appetite.

Build and maintain databases of active venture capital funds, family offices, and strategic investors.

Prepare pitchbooks, teasers, information memorandums, and investor decks.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with venture capital firms, angel networks, accelerators, and corporate clients.

Support senior team members in managing investor networks and ongoing fundraising mandates.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

1–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, or fundraising advisory.

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor and client interactions.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
