Responsibilities

Analyze requirements & user stories to build strong test coverage

Create & execute detailed test cases

Log and track defects with clear reproduction steps

Work closely with development teams to resolve issues

Prepare & maintain accurate test data

Deliver detailed test reports & insights

Conduct

regression testing

for new enhancements

Perform

performance testing

for system stability

Drive continuous quality improvements

✅ Must-Have Skills

Manual & functional testing expertise

Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC

Experience in defect lifecycle & test documentation

Hands-on performance testing

Requirement analysis & traceability

Excellent communication & collaboration skills

⭐ Good-to-Have Skills

Financial services domain experience

Testing experience in data projects
