Business Development Intern

• Assist in lead generation and outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Sales team
• Understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions
• Support the Sales team in organizing campaigns and webinars
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams for end-to-end sales strategiesMandatory skill set :
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in eCommerce, SaaS, and Customer Experience tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
