Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets across Odisha.
- Manage and expand the wholesale and distributor network , ensuring strong relationships and market coverage.
- Oversee secondary and tertiary sales operations, ensuring product availability across all key markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely product availability.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business goals.
- Implement trade promotions, schemes, and incentives to drive sales growth.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / MBA.Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG commodity sales (rice, dhal, pulses, oil, sugar) with strong exposure to wholesale trade and distributor management .Prior experience as Regional Sales Manager handling Chennai and North & South Arcot districts preferred.Excellent market knowledge and contacts within the FMCG commodity trade.CTC : Maximum gross up to 16 LPAKey Skills & Competencies :
Strong wholesale and distribution network management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.Ability to travel extensively across the region.
