Job Description : Front-End SDE-2

Location : Remote

Experience : 4 - 6 Years

Qualification : BTech (Tier 1 college)

About the role : As a Front-End SDE-2 at Company, you will take ownership of feature development, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality code standards. You will translate product requirements and high-fidelity designs into performant, maintainable front-end code, while mentoring junior developers and driving engineering excellence. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Analytics teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences across web and desktop platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Apply AI-powered development tools to boost quality, velocity, and consistency in day-to-day development (e.g. Cursor).
• Own end-to-end implementation of front-end features and modules with minimal supervision.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring to align product, engineering, and team goals.
• Take full ownership of delivery outcomes, including edge cases, performance, and post-release stability.
• Independently troubleshoot production issues, diagnose root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Stay current with the latest AI / tech advancements and proactively share relevant tools, workflows, or insights with the team to enhance productivity and foster a learning culture.
