Location : Bangalore (on‑site)

Type : Full‑time Internship (3–6 months)

Stipend : ₹10,000–₹15,000 / month (DOE) + performance bonus

Reports to : Cluster Head — Account Management / Social + Performance

Start : Immediate / within 2 weeks

The Role

You'll be the glue between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, design, performance). Your job is to keep work moving, keep people aligned, and keep the quality high.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Client ops & comms : Own day‑to‑day client communication, weekly check‑ins, MOMs, follow‑ups, and expectation setting.
  • Project tracking : Maintain plans, timelines, and status boards; chase owners; unblock issues; drive on‑time deliveries.
  • Briefs & SOWs : Draft / refine creative briefs, scopes, estimates, and change requests with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Calendars & approvals : Coordinate content calendars, asset trafficking, feedback cycles, legal / compliance, and final approvals.
  • Performance sync : Partner with media team for launch checklists, tracking links, QA, and pulling top‑line results for reviews.
  • Reporting : Prepare weekly snapshots and monthly decks (inputs, outputs, highlights, risks, next steps).
  • Vendors & creators : Liaise with creators, editors, production, and partners; manage POs, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Quality control : First‑level QA across copy / design / specs; ensure brand guidelines and platform specs are met.
  • Documentation : Keep Notion / Drive tidy—latest files, naming conventions, version control.

Must‑Haves

  • Strong written & verbal English; crisp note‑taking and summarisation.
  • Organisation ninja : checklists, calendars, and follow‑ups are second nature.
  • Tools : Google Workspace (Docs / Sheets / Slides), Notion, Slack / WhatsApp, basic GA4 & Looker Studio reading, Meta Business Suite basics.
  • Comfort with social platforms (IG / YouTube / LinkedIn) and basic ad ops terminology (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ER).
  • Bias for action, high ownership, and calm under pressure.
  • Good‑to‑Have

  • Prior agency internship or campus leadership role.
  • Basic Figma / Canva skills; familiarity with Asana / Jira; understanding of creator workflows.
  • Interest in fintech, retail, FMCG, or apps.
  • Success in 30 / 60 / 90

  • Day 30 : Own one weekly client status, ship MOMs on time, keep one pod's board green.
  • Day 60 : Run two accounts' cadences; prep monthly review deck with minimal supervision.
  • Day 90 : Independently manage small workstreams end‑to‑end; anticipate risks; improve a process.
  • KPIs (How We Measure You)

  • On‑time delivery % and revision cycles per task
  • Client CSAT on weekly / monthly reviews
  • Hygiene score (file naming, board accuracy, dependency tracking)
  • Error rate on assets / links / specs
