Job description2–3 years of experience in client servicing / CRM within the events industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients / projects simultaneously. Flexible to travel and available for on-site event support.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Handle client queries, provide timely updates, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Support in event planning, briefing, and on-ground coordination as per client expectations.
- Maintain client records, feedback, and ensure repeat business opportunities.
