Hiring : Growth Manager(Digital Marketing)

Job Type : Full Time

Job Pay : 30,000- 50,000 per month

We’re looking for a Growth Manager(Digital Marketing) to drive brand visibility, LinkedIn growth, lead generation, and startup ecosystem engagement across our BizConnect and XploR verticals.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Grow leadership and brand presence on LinkedIn (content, engagement & audience growth)

🔹 Manage monthly content calendars and performance metrics

🔹 Execute LinkedIn lead generation via Sales Navigator & automation tools

🔹 Build & maintain high-quality prospect databases using Apollo / Lusha

🔹 Coordinate telecalling, demos & pre-sales alignment

🔹 Represent XploR at startup forums (TiE, NSRCEL, Startup Grind, Bengaluru Tech Summit, Elevate, etc.)

🔹 Apply for government grants (Elevate, Idea2PoC, Startup India) & manage submissions

🔹 Build partnerships with incubators, accelerators & investors

🔹 Track performance dashboards & report growth insights

We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in growth marketing, business development, or startup ecosystems
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha, email automation
• Strong content & communication skills
• Experience with government startup schemes & accelerators is a big plus
• High energy, network-driven, data-oriented
