Job Description As a Senior / Lead (Individual Contributor) Frontend Engineer , you will own and lead the design, engineering, development, and optimization of high-quality web and mobile interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, AI / ML scientists, and backend teams to deliver polished, performant, and scalable frontends for enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.js
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and / or Flutter
• Convert Figma designs into clean, production-ready code across platforms
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services
• Ensure a consistent user experience and unified design system across desktop, mobile, and tablet
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and accessibility for different screen sizes and devices
• Manage app builds and releases for iOS and Android (Flutter / React Native)
• Maintain structured, reusable, and well-documented codebases
• Implement the best practices of microservice engineering architecture design
• Implement the state of the art testing practices in CI / CD environments for bug-free frontend experiences Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in React.js for web development
• Proficiency in either React Native or Flutter for mobile app development
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Ability to write modular and reusable components, leveraging microservice architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and asynchronous data handling
• Experience with Git, collaborative version control, and agile workflows
• Ability to work independently and handle cross-platform priorities
• Solid understanding of UI / UX fundamentals and component libraries
• Experience implementing robust testing frameworks for bug-free frontend experiences
• Extensive experience collaborating with AI / ML / DS, backend engineering, product and design teams for impactful AI offerings
