We’re Hiring : Backend Developer at BidPoint

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer to join our team and help us build robust, scalable, and secure backend systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with our product and frontend teams, owning server-side logic, APIs, databases, and cloud services. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world, high-impact projects in a growing startup environment.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend logic to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Build and optimise RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end.
• Work with Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, MySQL, and Socket.io.
• Configure and manage AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch, along with caching solutions (Redis / Elasticache).
• Write and optimise SQL queries for efficient database interactions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and a smooth user experience.
