Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in engineering, automative or related fields. Indian citizen with a strong understanding of the local training and automotive market. Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive engineering field, including at least 2 years in training or teaching roles. Practical experience and in-depth knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs). Excellent communication, instructional, and classroom management skills. Ability to develop professional curricula and training materials. Preference given to candidates with degrees or certifications in automotive engineering or electric vehicle technology.

Job Description :
- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs in automotive engineering, with a particular focus on electric vehicles (EVs).
- Provide in-depth training on electrical systems, batteries, electric motors, and other EV-related technologies.
- Conduct hands-on technical training, fault diagnostics, and real-world troubleshooting.
- Assess trainees’ competencies after training and recommend program improvements.
- Stay updated and share the latest knowledge and trends in automotive and EV technologies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
