Refund Specialist (Google Ads Refund Experience Required)

Role Description

We are hiring Refund Specialists in India with direct, hands-on experience in Google Ads billing, refunds, or advertiser support — either at Google or through a major Google BPO partner such as Genpact, Teleperformance, or similar.

If you have worked on Google Ads refunds, advertiser credits, billing discrepancies, invalid-spend investigations, or dispute resolution, this role is a direct match.

If you do not have Google Ads or Google BPO experience, please do not apply — your application will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with Google Ads refund workflows, billing investigations, and advertiser credit processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and document billing discrepancies
• High attention to detail with strong case-handling and documentation discipline
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to explain findings clearly to internal teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and case-tracking tools
• Experience in finance, accounting, risk, ad operations, or digital media is an advantage
• Prior experience in Google Ads support queues (US / APAC markets preferred) is highly desirable
