About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing AI / ML solutions, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build scalable models and applications. You will be working on projects involving Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI, contributing to end-to-end development from research to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models and intelligent applications.
  • Work on NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI projects depending on business requirements.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, preprocessing, and feature engineering workflows.
  • Implement and fine-tune deep learning and machine learning algorithms using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, developers) to integrate AI models into production.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques for solving real-world business problems.
  • Monitor model performance, retrain and improve accuracy over time.
  • Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code for AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1- 5 years of experience in AI / ML model development and deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, or Generative AI.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Flask / FastAPI, Docker, or Kubernetes preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
