Job descriptionCollaborate with product managers and data scientists to define project scope, strat- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Oversee backend and frontend integration using full-stack technologies. Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews. Ensure best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and CI / CD pipelines. Strong programming expertise in Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern frame- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor- Experience in developing or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and generative Knowledge of data engineering tools and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Understanding of containerization (Docker) and version control (Git). Experience in system design, API architecture, and microservices development. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields. Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or multimodal AI systems. Previous experience in leading small technical teams or projects. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
