Earthen group, a fast-growing leader in decorative wall textures and surface finishes, is looking for a highly competent and disciplined Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Manager to handle and streamline the complete receivables and payables operations across our 3 manufacturing companies and 2 contracting companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable across all group companies
• Daily monitoring of outstanding receivables and follow-ups
• Vendor payment planning, scheduling, and timely processing
• Coordination with sales teams, project teams, and factory heads for accurate billing
• Tracking credit limits, ageing reports, and ensuring minimum overdue
• Maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly summaries for management
• Ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and proper record-keeping
• Supporting internal audits and reconciling inter-company transactions
