Job descriptionPlan and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers, supervisors, and staff at all levels (from production floor to management). Manage the end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Develop manpower planning in coordination with production and operations departments. Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee grievances promptly. Build strong relationships between management and employees to ensure smooth operations. Plan and implement employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and team-building initiatives.
