Key QC checkpoints :

Product Weight : Verify total weight matches with diamond / stones weight.

Ring Size : Cross-check accurate size as per order.

Prongs : Inspect color, number, and size consistency.

Hallmark : Ensure proper stamping and visibility.

Product Color : Confirm uniformity of plating and finish.

Chain : Check type, thickness, length, and extension accuracy.

Locks & Beading : Verify lock functionality and beading finish.

Earring Post / Stem Size : Ensure proper fit and comfort.

Certification : Match certificate details with product specifications.

Product Finish : Inspect plating, texture, and buffing quality for consistency.

Damages : Identify any dents, scratches, or manufacturing defects.
