Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You will play a crucial role in building a high-performing team that drives our company's success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance market reputation.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in [industry-specific] hiring.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Candidate Industry : Healthcare Preffered
