We are seeking a highly experienced Senior OpenLink Endur Developer & India Site Lead to establish and lead our new OpenLink Center of Excellence in Bangalore.

This is a strategic leadership position, serving as our first hire in India for the OpenLink team, with responsibility for recruiting, mentoring and managing a multi?disciplinary technology team of approximately 15 professionals over the next 18 months.

This role combines deep hands?on OpenLink Endur development expertise (15+ years) with proven.

people leadership skills, and will play a pivotal role in setting development standards, driving technical excellence, and delivering solutions for our global commodities trading operations across power, gas, and emissions markets in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities & Team Building :

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a high performing team including JVS / Kafka developers, PMO specialists, Business Analysts, QA automation testers and environment managers.
• Create and maintain a collaborative, high performance culture within the Center of Excellence.
• Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the JVS

development team.
