Percept ICE a div of Percept Ltd is a leading Experiential Marketing and Event Management company, is looking for experienced talent in Client Servicing & Project Management to manage client relationships and oversee the planning and execution of high-impact Corporate events, brand activations and experiential projects. This role requires excellent client communication, project management, strategic planning and event management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Servicing :
 - Act as the main contact for clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction from project inception to completion.
 - Event Management :
 - Oversee pitching, strategy, event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
 - Budget & Reporting :
 - Oversee and manage event budgets with the producton / operations team, track expenses, and deliver post-event reports.
 - Team Collaboration :
 - Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to execute seamless events, and manage on-site teams during events.
 - Marketing & Promotion :
 - Assist in pre-event marketing efforts and create event collateral as needed. Candidates with digital marketing knowledge in the expriential marketing scenario will have an added advantage.
 - Required Skills :
 - 5-10 years of experience in event management or brand activations.
 - Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office
 - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
 - Preferred Skills :
 - Experience with mid to large-scale events, exhibitions, activations.
