Job description

ServiceNow Solution Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow solution developer to design, develop and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our client based in Dubai.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules
  • Customize the ServiceNow Service Portal with UI policies and portal configuration
  • Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Integrate third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module development, as well as experience with system integrations, web services, and APIs. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices is beneficial.

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Implement ITSM modules and integrate third-party systems

    • The ideal candidate will possess :

  • A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module development
  • Experience with system integrations, web services, and APIs
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices is beneficial

    • Availability is a key factor in this role. Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
