Role Overview

We’re seeking a visionary and results-driven Head / Director of Performance Marketing with a minimum 5+ years of working experience in top agencies like GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu and OMG . The position will require you to lead our performance practice and elevate Climaty.AI’s impact across clients and platforms. This role will drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence across all paid media channels, ensuring best-in-class performance delivery while developing a high-performing team.

This position requires you to have a total of 10+ years of working experience in performance marketing across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.

You’ll lead the evolution of Climaty.AI’s performance marketing offering — integrating data, AI, and sustainability to set new benchmarks in efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Own the company’s performance marketing strategy across all digital channels (Search, Social, Video, Programmatic, and emerging platforms).

Translate client business objectives into data-led performance roadmaps that deliver measurable growth and efficiency.

Partner with leadership to shape Climaty.AI’s market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product innovation in the performance space.

Client Partnership & Growth

Act as a senior strategic partner to key clients, building long-term trust and driving business outcomes.

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through cross-channel integration, martech adoption, and sustainability-led performance strategies.

Present high-level strategies, insights, and growth recommendations to C-suite clients.

Operational Excellence

Oversee execution standards across channels — ensuring campaign consistency, data accuracy, and clear reporting frameworks.

Implement scalable processes, measurement models, and optimization playbooks.

Partner with analytics, AI, and creative teams to design holistic, performance-driven solutions.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of performance marketers and analysts.

Build a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation.

Drive upskilling initiatives and promote collaboration across teams.

Innovation & Sustainability

Champion the integration of AI-driven tools, automation, and carbon intelligence in media buying and optimization.

Stay ahead of digital trends, platform evolutions, and privacy regulations to future-proof Climaty.AI’s approach.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of proven experience in performance marketing across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms.

5+ years of minimum experience working in top agencies like GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu and OMG.

Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel, high-budget digital performance teams or divisions.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience at senior levels.

Commercially astute, with a record of delivering growth through data-driven strategies.

Deep understanding of performance KPIs, martech ecosystems, and measurement frameworks

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
