Experience : 7 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Expertise :
- Sound technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, especially compression machines , capsule filling machines , and other related equipment.
- Customer Requirement Analysis :
- Understand customer / user requirements and convert leads into confirmed orders by preparing detailed technical scopes and quotations .
- Site Visits & Inspection :
- Visit customer sites for inspection , retrofitting , and upgradation of existing machinery.
- Issue Resolution :
- Provide effective and timely solutions to customer issues and requirements, ensuring high satisfaction and technical accuracy.
