This role is crucial for designing and automating the electrical control systems of our industrial refrigeration and HVAC products, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and ease of maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Design & Documentation

  • Design, develop, and document complete electrical control systems for industrial refrigeration equipment (e.g., chillers, freezers, unit coolers), focusing on optimal performance and compliance with relevant electrical standards.
  • Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bill of materials (BOMs) using Electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
  • Design and specify electrical control panels, including component selection (PLCS, VFDS, contactors, circuit breakers, sensors), panel layout, and thermal management.
  • Select and integrate instrumentation and sensors suitable for refrigeration applications (e.g, pressure transducers, temperature sensors, level switches).

Automation & PLC Programming

  • Develop, program, and commission PLC Iogic (Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text) for various refrigeration sequences, safety interlocks, and control algorithms.
  • Design and configure Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and SCADA systems for intuitive operator control and monitoring of refrigeration processes.
  • Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct in-house testing and quality checks on newly designed control panels and programmed systems before deployment.
  • Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and start-up of refrigeration systems.
