About the Role

As a Associate Lead Java Developer , you will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, development, and delivery of cutting-edge FinTech applications. You'll lead a team of skilled engineers, driving the design and implementation of Java-based microservices and cloud-native solutions that are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will not only contribute technically but also mentor and inspire your team, promote best engineering practices, and ensure alignment with business goals. From setting the technical direction to optimizing DevOps pipelines and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, you will be at the center of our technology strategy.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : 8-12 years in Java development, with 3+ years of experience mentoring or coaching individual contributors.
• Technical Expertise : Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Cloud & DevOps : Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, CI / CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Agile & Collaboration : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem-Solving & Security : Proven ability to design and deploy secure applications in a regulated environment.
