Art Director

We’re hiring Art Director (Work From Office – Chalakudy, Kerala | Malayalam required).

We’re looking for a designer strong in packaging, print-ready artwork, branding, FMCG design , and social media creatives . A full-time on-site role for someone who can mix creativity with strategy across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Create standout packaging designs aligned with brand goals.
• Develop and manage print-ready artwork (labels, brochures, flyers, marketing collaterals).
• Lead branding projects — logos, brand guidelines, visual systems.
• Design high-impact social creatives (posts, ads, carousels, stories).
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visuals.
• Coordinate with print vendors (dielines & print specs required).
• Team management and guiding junior designers when needed.
• Stay updated with design and market trends relevant to FMCG and digital design.
