Role Overview — UK Admissions Counsellor (Full-Time | Delhi NCR)

As a UK Admissions Counsellor, you will guide students through their complete study abroad journey — from university shortlisting and application submission to UKVI visa filing and pre-departure support.

You will play a key role in helping students achieve their international education goals while meeting enrolment, counselling, and application submission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 3 – 4 counselling sessions daily (walk-ins, calls, or virtual)

Handle 40–60 connected calls per day to convert leads into applications

Guide students on UK universities, scholarships, and Russell Group options

Support in SOP, LOR, transcript and document verification

Explain UKVI norms, CAS process, living expenses, and PSW (Post Study Work) guidelines

Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and university liaison teams

Track applications, offers, and visa progress through CRM

Achieve monthly enrolment and submission goals

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer relationship and conversion ability

1–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling or education sales

Familiarity with UK admissions and visa processes preferred

Bachelor’s degree (Education or Management background desirable)

Target-driven, confident, and proactive in handling student queries
