Position : Captain Location : Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar, Meerut About the Role :

We are hiring a Captain for Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar, Meerut. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, well-presented, and passionate about delivering excellent service to guests in a lively lounge and bar environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome and greet guests warmly with a professional attitude.
Supervise and guide the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Take and serve food & beverage orders promptly and accurately.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and maintain strong product knowledge.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service.
Handle billing, payments, and guest concerns courteously and efficiently.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards at all times.
Motivate and train team members to enhance guest experience.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Captain / Senior Steward in a restaurant, lounge, or bar.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Smart personality with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
