Technical Recruiter Lead
The role of a Technical Recruiter Lead is to lead the end-to-end recruiting process for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration. This includes converting vague job descriptions into clear, winnable requirements via sharp discovery with delivery / area / head of marketing teams.
- Lead technical recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
- Convert vague JDs into clear, winnable reqs via sharp discovery with Delivery / AE / HM.
- Build candidate pipelines via JobDiva, recruiter referrals, communities, meetups.
- Screen for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation / rates and close deals.
- Manage MSP / VMS submissions with speed and accuracy; prep candidates for interviews.
- Maintain pristine ATS hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.
- Mentor 1–2 recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
Requirements
To be successful as a Technical Recruiter Lead, you should have :
5–8+ years in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration; proven closures in at least two of : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.Solid grasp of US tax / visa frameworks; fluent with VMS / MSP environments.Expert Boolean / X-ray and outbound; strong storytelling in outreach.Comfortable with client-facing intakes and partnering tightly with Delivery.About Us
