Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - Solar Design and Engineering, based in Nashik. The incumbent will oversee solar design and engineering projects, manage engineering teams, and ensure efficient execution of solar and storage solutions. Daily tasks will include leading design efforts, coordinating with project teams, supervising engineering processes, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. The role involves interfacing with different stakeholders, contributing to project planning, and delivering solutions that meet company and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Engineering Management
• Strong background in Analog and Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and its application in solar projects
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Experience in solar energy systems and renewable energy projects is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
