Senior Architect - Ingenium
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Life and Annuity senior Architect to work in Ingenium migration project. This role requires a deep understanding of the life insurance and annuity industry , excellent Ingenium skills and conversion experience.
Years of experience needed are 10 to 15 Years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Must have experience in Life Admin Systems, Life Insurance, Annuity products
- Min 10 plus years of experience in development of policy administration system COBOL, Ingenium
- Min 10 plus years of experience in development, maintenance and Support projects of Ingenium
- Min 8 plus yrs of experience in SQL
- Must have good knowledge of Policy Administration System design and architecture
- Must have hand on experience of Insurance Policy Admin System Migration, Conversion project
- Must be aware of new technologies and market updates with respect to Life and Annuity business
- Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and design the proposed IT solution.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations and provide input to information data flow and understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.
- Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.
- Document High Level and Low Level technical specifications.
- Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Certifications Needed
Any Project management, Insurance certifications.Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be a added advantage.Technical Skills
COBOL, DB2, VSAM, SQLShould be strong in Ingenium.Meetings, Reviews, Reporting and DocumentationVery well versed with tools and techniques for efficient project management and reporting.Equal Opportunity Employer
