Role : PL / SQL Linux

Experience : 4 to 10 Years

Locations : Chennai / Pune / Kolkata

Must-Have :

• Production support – L2 ( Tech Stack : Unix, SQL, Mongo DB, open shift) . Monitor / Configuration alerts in ITRS.
• Autosys / Scheduling Knowledge is must
• Incident management, Major incident management and Problem Management. Issue backtracking, facilitate resolution, root cause analysis. Follow up with development team for permanent fix
• Handling service requests. Interact with business users. Understand the problem and provide solution. Report generation
• Annual COB / DR testing. Adhoc special processing requests
• Open to work in Shifts and provide extended coverage.
