We’re Hiring : Executive Secretary (Group CEO Office) – Dubai
We are looking for a highly organised, polished, and proactive Executive Secretary to support the Group CEO Office and senior leadership team.
Relocation : This position may require relocation to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Candidates must be willing and eligible to relocate to Dubai.
This is a critical role that ensures smooth executive operations, clear communication, and timely execution across multiple group entities and Lines of Business (LOBs).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel plans for the Group CEO Office
- Draft and manage emails, letters, and executive communication
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate closely with leadership teams across group entities and LOBs
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- Support internal operations, events, and executive priorities
