We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized Coordinator - IVF to play a crucial role in guiding patients through their fertility journey. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing essential support, clear communication, and seamless coordination across all aspects of IVF treatment. This role demands a blend of clinical understanding, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Cycle Coordination :
• Coordinate all aspects of IVF treatment cycles , including scheduling appointments, monitoring protocols, and ensuring timely communication among all involved parties.
• Monitor patient progress, follow up on necessary lab work, test results, and medication adherence.
• Ensure patients understand consent forms, procedural steps, and the financial aspects of their treatment.
• Patient Education & Support :
• Educate and counsel patients thoroughly about their treatment plans, procedures, medications, and possible outcomes.
• Act as a single point of contact for patients, offering consistent emotional support and clear guidance throughout their fertility journey.
• Documentation & Communication :
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records , reports, and documentation in strict accordance with clinic protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure synchronized treatment schedules and smooth operations.
• Compliance & Updates :
• Stay updated on advancements in fertility treatments and ensure full compliance with all clinical guidelines and legal regulations.
