Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the new hires and management process including documentation tracking and gathering required information.
- Manage Joining Formalities and release Offer Letters.
- Coordinate with Multiple Teams at the time of new joiners.
- Maintain records through HRMS Software (Spine).
- Execute background checks track and adjust the process as needed based on any new requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required as per business needs.

Bachelors degreeProven experience in HR or talent acquisition with specific experience in onboarding being a plus.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage several new hires onboarding simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive environment for new employees.Proficiency in using HR software and systems to manage onboarding processes efficiently.Benefits
