We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Accountant (CA Inter Qualified) to manage and oversee accounting operations for international clients or foreign subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both Indian accounting principles and international standards (IFRS / US GAAP), with experience in cross border transactions, foreign currency accounting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and reconcile books of accounts for foreign entities or clients as per IFRS / US GAAP.
• Handle end to end accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances and management reports for overseas operations.
• Ensure compliance with international taxation, transfer pricing and foreign exchange regulations (FEMA) as applicable.
• Manage and monitor multi currency transactions, revaluations and foreign exchange gain / loss calculations.
• Support monthly / quarterly / year end closing activities and assist in audit coordination (both internal and external).
• Liaise with foreign auditors, consultants and clients to resolve queries and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for international business units.
• Stay updated with global accounting and taxation changes relevant to the companies international operations.
