About the Role :

As a Frontend Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and developing the frontend architecture of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for crafting a fast, lightweight, and scalable UI that enhances user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of whats possible.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect and Implement Frontend Solutions : Design and develop highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable components, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
  • Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure the platform is lightweight and responsive under high traffic conditions.
  • Code Quality : Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development. Ensure comprehensive unit tests are in place for all functionalities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  • Innovation and Improvement : Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Bring
  • innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.

  • Troubleshooting and Debugging : Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Code Reviews and Mentorship : Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to raise the technical bar within the team.
  • What Were Looking For :

    Core Requirements :

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context
  • API).

  • Strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Proficiency in version control (GIT) and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar for writing and maintaining unit tests.
  • Strong sense of UI / UX design, with an eye for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Micro-Frontend Architecture.
  • Prior experience working with GraphQL.
  • Understanding of WebSockets and real-time data streaming.
  • Exposure to design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Soft Skills :
