About the Role :
As a Frontend Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and developing the frontend architecture of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for crafting a fast, lightweight, and scalable UI that enhances user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of whats possible.
Key Responsibilities :
Architect and Implement Frontend Solutions : Design and develop highly efficient, scalable, and maintainable components, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure the platform is lightweight and responsive under high traffic conditions.Code Quality : Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development. Ensure comprehensive unit tests are in place for all functionalities.Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.Innovation and Improvement : Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Bringinnovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.
Troubleshooting and Debugging : Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.Code Reviews and Mentorship : Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to raise the technical bar within the team.What Were Looking For :
Core Requirements :
7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications.Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, ContextAPI).
Strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.Proficiency in version control (GIT) and CI / CD pipelines.Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar for writing and maintaining unit tests.Strong sense of UI / UX design, with an eye for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Nice-to-Have Skills :
Experience with TypeScript.Familiarity with Micro-Frontend Architecture.Prior experience working with GraphQL.Understanding of WebSockets and real-time data streaming.Exposure to design systems and reusable component libraries.Soft Skills :
