Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Monthly MIS for analysis of key financial KPIs & reporting of P&L with suitable comparatives.
• Latest estimates for monthly reporting by coordinating with respective business stakeholders & to upload in BPC system.
• Strategic financial planning : Support to develop and implement long-term financial strategies in alignment with overall business goals and market conditions.
• Budgeting & forecasting : Key role to play in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Financial modelling : Create and maintain detailed financial models to simulate different business scenarios, assess the impact of various strategic initiatives & optimize capital allocation.
• Risk Management : Identify financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure a solid framework for managing liquidity, financial targeted profit and working capital.
• Performance tracking : Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends and strategic implications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, multiple business regions, R&D, etc) to ensure financial plans align with business objectives and drive value creation.
• Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
